You or one member of your institution must be a current Western ACAC member to participate in the WACAC fairs. The 2009-2010 membership year runs July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. Please apply/renew your memberships.Membership Information

COST INFORMATION
$155 – Now through Sunday, February 28 (EARLY REGISTRATION)
$205 – March 1 through Friday, April 23 (REGULAR REGISTRATION)
$255 – April 24 on (ON SITE REGISTRATION – NO LONGER CAN REGISTER ONLINE)
Refund requests due in writing to admin@wacac.org by February 28 and mailed after last fair.

Their sophisticated and reliable systems supported by experienced professionals give you the up-to-the-minute information you need to make every college fair a success.
The lead retrievals were first used at the WACAC Reno College Fair in November 2009 with great success and WACAC plans to offer the lead retrievals at the Spring College Fairs for a small fee of $40.00 when you sign up to attend the college fair. The price will go up slightly at each fair by $10.00 if you decide after online registration ends to use one. Please MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP for each fair individually.
Within approximately two working days after the fair TRC will send you an excel spreadsheet with all your student contact leads so make sure your email is correct when you sign up for each WACAC College fair.
Students will also be able to register ahead of time so when they show up to the college fair each student will have their information already loaded into the system so all you need to do is scan their form. Computers will be available at each site for on site student registration.
